une formation th\u00e9orique et pratique au CFA, une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle&nbsp;en entreprise avec l\u2019appui du ma\u00eetre d\u2019apprentissage choisi dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-AqC7Du eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis le 01\/01\/2020, il doit \u00eatre transmis par l&rsquo;entreprise pour d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e0 l&rsquo;OPCO dont elle rel\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-88wMUh eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Il peut \u00eatre conclu pour une dur\u00e9e limit\u00e9e ou pour une dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e (dans ce cas le contrat d\u00e9bute par une p\u00e9riode d\u2019apprentissage).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-jWeabx eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Il engage l\u2019employeur \u00e0 assurer au jeune travailleur :<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"eplus-tIjrUv wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-b7a74b\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">\u00a0une formation professionnelle m\u00e9thodique et compl\u00e8te, dispens\u00e9e pour partie en entreprise et pour partie en CFA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">le versement d\u2019un salaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-j65s6O eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Il est possible de conclure un contrat d&rsquo;apprentissage \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e (CDI). \u00e9tablie par l\u2019une des deux parties pendant cette p\u00e9riode.&nbsp;Au-del\u00e0 de la p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai, une rupture d\u2019un commun accord peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e entre l\u2019employeur et l\u2019apprenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"eplus-rtSTju wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\">Nouvelle r\u00e9glementation pour les contrats conclus depuis le 01\/01\/2019 :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-VXyy0n eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Le d\u00e9cret n\u00b02018-1231 du 24 d\u00e9cembre 2018 en a assouplit les r\u00e8gles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-WkYozo eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">La rupture d\u2019un commun accord reste toujours possible, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut et sans devoir entamer une proc\u00e9dure aupr\u00e8s du conseil des prud\u2019hommes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-rFYFhf eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019entreprise a la possibilit\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un licenciement en cas de de force majeure, faute grave, ou inaptitude de l\u2019apprenti (r\u00e8gles du droit commun qui s\u2019appliquent)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-rKO9cM eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 apprenti, devra \u00eatre saisi le m\u00e9diateur consulaire, l\u2019alternant devra en informer officiellement son employeur et ce dans les 5 jours calendaires qui suivent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-It63h8 eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">La rupture ne pourra \u00eatre effective que 7 jours au minimum apr\u00e8s que l\u2019employeur ait \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9 de la rupture de contrat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
