du CAP Production et service en restaurations (rapide, collective, caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria) prend en charge, sous l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un responsable, la pr\u00e9paration des repas dans les \u00e9tablissements de restauration rapide ou de vente \u00e0 emporter, la restauration collective et les entreprises de fabrication de plateaux-repas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-X5CXjZ eplus-wrapper\">En production, il r\u00e9ceptionne et entrepose les produits ou les plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. Il assemble et met en valeur des mets simples, en respectant la r\u00e9glementation relative \u00e0 l&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Il les conditionne et remet \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature les plats cuisin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-odSwM8 eplus-wrapper\">En service, il assure la mise en valeur des espaces de distribution et de vente ainsi que leur r\u00e9approvisionnement. Il conseille le client et lui pr\u00e9sente les produits, il proc\u00e8de \u00e9ventuellement \u00e0 l&rsquo;encaissement des prestations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-oi33UN eplus-wrapper\">Pour l&rsquo;entretien, il nettoie et range les ustensiles de production et les locaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-o3HYPd eplus-wrapper\">Ce professionnel doit supporter un rythme de travail rapide et la
